• 가능한 경우 Dear 한마디 앱 사용자 ID와 연결된 RevenueCat 고객 데이터

구독 안내

Dear 한마디 계정을 삭제해도 활성 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 구독이 자동으로 취소되지는 않습니다. Dear Membership은 구독한 스토어에서 별도로 취소해 주세요.

이메일로 삭제 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없다면 이메일로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 사용한 로그인 제공자(Apple, Google, Kakao)와 가능한 경우 계정 이메일 또는 식별자를 포함해 주세요.

Data We Delete

• Your Dear account and profile
• Your connections and shared message history
• Device records, local app cache, and subscription records stored by the app
• RevenueCat customer data associated with your Dear app user ID, where possible

Subscription Notice

Deleting your Dear account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Dear Membership separately through the store where you subscribed.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by email. Include the login provider you used (Apple, Google, or Kakao) and, if possible, your account email or identifier.
